Basically this is pretty self explanatory but im not too sure about the title, if you have any suggestions, please share __________________________________________________ Step one they say Is the easiest of all Just put some wood dowels In pieces 1,3 and 4 Now yes that would be simple And rather quick to do if I had some idea at all of where I was to glue Step 2 is done all the way to 5 But then there came step 6 Something about a cam bolt Got me in quite a fix You come to my rescue Tell me to hammer here And use flat top screws there But it’s still not all that clear All the way to step 16 And I’m convinced I’m going alright You’re saying I’m doing it wrong But I’m too stubborn to say you’re right. And as I continue on my way Secretly wondering what on earth to do I can see you getting frustrated As I fumble with yet another screw. You’re frustration turns to laughter As my attempts continue to fail Too many weird shaped things And somehow I only have one nail I finally let you help Once step 22 becomes a pain Boy I thought step one was hard But 23 just put me to shame I sit and read you the directions As you fix the shelves above And we’re arguing over step 25 But all the while, We’re falling in love. Inside this exterior, over which the eye might have roved there was the record of a pulsing life, which had learnt too well for its years – Thomas Har |

I love the playful tone. Nice read. 'I feel like an animal, and I don't think that I get it. But one day I'll see you around.' |
