summer time, has arrived, with heat and sun but we’re deprived. birdsong so sweet the clear blue sky fresh mowed grass look, the last butterfly. watch that smog, break air. grey and thick a devil’s lair. rivers, polluted putrid smells green gas bubbles fill our wells. painful winds, cut like knives. like callous words. they take our lives. Destruction. Lost girl.. |
