Not My Fault:

I lay here on the bed,
dirty and alone
I want to cover myself,
but I'm stiff as stone.

I lay motionless,
as tears stream down my face,
hotter than my rage,
cant leave this place.

You get up and leave,
after you have had your way,
is this okay to you,
Even halfway?

I cant talk about this,
I feel ashamed,
I'm so alone,
will I be blamed?

Somehow they find out,
they have so much to ask,
I don't know what to say,
so I hide behind a mask.

I know its not my fault,
but years later I still hide,
my innocence was gone,
and I didn't get to decide.
