Flow I look up and feel the rain on my face, it tastes salty, like tears. maybe it's from angels who are crying. The drops trickling down my face, Torching paths with their frigidity. Calming me with their wholly composure. I think of what my life might be as one of them, Serene. and Alone. Alone until they collide, they become one; Stronger, and Bigger. Only one could hope for a life as Simple as a raindrop’s. Yet as we know it, We crowd our lives, trying to fight take shortcuts. A raindrop does not however, take these shortcuts, it goes with the flow. Colliding with obstacles, it rolls around them, with envious ease. I wish I could do that, let my worries flow Away. |

Sometimes I wish my life could be as simple as a raindrop’s, but then simple would just get boring. I really like this, keep writing! The hardest part about writing poetry, |
