history defeated i saw u in my sights you caught the corner of my eye i knew i wanted you and i never wanted to let you go yet i lost you and you told me so another year gone by and again you caught my eye you told me you didnt want to get hurt i told you how much you were worth we stayed for only a little while i screwed up im such a stubborn child how could i let you go? i just wished you would have known to stop before this cycle began cuz we were together again you took me back with the maturity i lacked but at the time you didnt know you should have left me you should forget me but you wont i left you again everyday i tell myself we should have just stayed friends i know ive said this many times but im truly sorry, and never again will i tear you apart, cuz this time its me who will fall apart sorry [This message has been edited by benjamenbutton09 (01-19-2009 11:06 AM).] |
