~The World~ I just met you and you just met me, But in a way it might turn out meant to be. Cause everything happens for a reason in this world, And in my eyes you seem like a really special girl. That needs to be treated like theres no other in this world, And this I give you my word. Youve been done wrong before, But who hasnt in this world. So keep your head up and stay true to yourself, Cause one day you can mean the world to somebody else. It could be someone far or someone close, You just have to listen to your heart and listen close. Because what it says is what matters most. In this world... .:Romanticy:. |

Hey, I like your peom. It hints at sadness, but I brings hope too. Is that what you intended? Also, I like the rhyming and the assonance. Maybe you would take a look at my poem? I'm new too, and not too many people have commented... Anyway, fantastic poem, keep up the work! |
