And here was I wondering...wondering...what to do Sobbing my heart out...gripping the sheets to stop myself from choking on my own tears.... thinking of most horrible illusions-nightmares-...god, what will happen to him...he said he'll die without me.... puzzling my mind on how to get you to see reason... how to make you mine again.... how to show you my love for you.... wondering....wondering....wondering.... And there you were holding her....face full of smile... a free mind...and a free heart? maybe ....i do not know...i thought i knewyou...but i see that i don't... gazing at her with those beautiful eyes of yours...eyes, that i once claimed made me breathless.... holding her close...too close....and right infront of me!!!! clutching her...like she's the most precious thing in your life....is she???? i thought it was me.... can i ask you something...for the sake of our times of old.... did you ever love me? just for a day? a minute? at least a second? did you see in my eyes what you said you saw....did you? or was i a mere toy....that you wanted so badly....yet your daddy couldn't buy for you???? |
