Sweet Dreams

Soft and silent footsteps,
imprinted in the snow.
Just a memory of the night,
as the moon shines through clouds.

Dark, cold snowfall,
threatening to kill.
Roaring wind penetrating the frozen rain,
taking down the night.

Frozen in captivity,
mesmerized by the dark.
She'll waste her time remembering,
that snowfall which brought her back to the end.
