This is more of a song, but I guess it can pass as a poem. You say the words ever girl wants to hear But when you say the wrong thing at the wrong time It just might take her forever to get over you Saying goodbye Doesn’t mean forever It’s forever That going to be never Goodbye is not forever It’s forever that you will see Never going to be ever But what if you made a mistake Will you see her again? You should know that She loves you Nothing in the world Can make her as happy As she felt when she was with you You made her smile You melted her heart into two Saying goodbye Doesn’t mean forever It’s forever That’s going to be never Goodbye is not forever Her friends tell her to move on She says she can’t She continually smiles each day at you She tries to get you back She would do anything Anything to have you back in her arms If she can’t get you out of her mind Then maybe you’re supposed to be there She wants you She misses you She needs you She loves you More then you could ever know Saying goodbye Doesn’t mean forever It’s forever That’s going to be never Goodbye is not forever Saying goodbye Doesn’t mean forever It’s forever That’s going to be never Goodbye is not forever You still make her smile You still melt her heart You still make her laugh Still she loves you So get up Go to her She needs you more Then you would ever know You need to make the right move Tell her that you still love her Tell her how you still feel about her Tell her the truth inside of you If she died today Would you regret never Telling how you truly felt About her |
