A tree stands alone on a hill as a beacon of light drawing man toward its flame. Man shall not deny the will of the fire at night for in darkness it brings comfort. Aflame, the tree lives still, and it does not fight the flame which burns it so. It shall no cease burning till man, by flame's might, is turned ash and burnt alive. |

This is very interesting; it made me think. Jesus loves you! Don't believe it? Then at least believe that I love you! I may not know you, but you're a person too, and you deserve to be loved. |

"Aflame, the tree lives still, and it does not fight the flame which burns it so." That stanza made me think. It was really good and I like this mainly because of that stanza. Keep writing. -Zach When I see your smile, and I know it’s not for me, that’s when I’ll miss you. |
