All that time we spent together. Now I'm left to think whether... what we had was ever real. I wish we could change places so you can see how I feel. To be good to you, I tried so hard... Now I regret letting down my guard. I just want you to answer, who was there for you in the tough times Any problem that you went through, the problem became mines When you needed help with anything, I was there. But in the end you cut me deep, let me bleed, & didn't even care. I shared my deepest secrets with you that no one else knew Nothing can replace the things that we went through About you I thought I knew everything there was to know But I had no idea that you was putting on a show I did have a funny feeling things you told me were odd But I had no idea everything about you was a facade I will never understand why you hid the things that you hid Or the activities behind my back or what you did How you really felt, numerous times I would ask Not once would you reveal yourself, take off your mask That was until the boiling point reached an end And I had to finally accept it was a stranger I called friend It was the only time that your true self was finally shown And the person I thought I knew for 8 yrs was really an unknown |

The first time I read this, I thought it was good, but then I read this a second time and it really tugged on my heart because I felt like this is something an old friend of mines would say to me. Nice Write! No, I'm not conceited, 2sexy doesn't mean "too sexy", it means something else! |
