I'm a fan of long-distance

We're worlds apart. But I like it that way.
I'm afraid of you knowing me;
Of what you might say.

It's easy to smile at you, from far, far away.
In fact, that's exactly what I do:
Each and every day.

See what I mean? You'd be scared too.
If only you knew the things I'd do to you.

But don't worry. We've never met.
Maybe in dreams,
or your nightmares I bet.

I'm a fan of long-distance.
And a fan of you.

This was cool because there was an innocense through most of it, but the end has this kinda serrated edge to it.
