I was searching through my folder and I found this. I don't know if I wrote it or someone else did and I saved it for some reason.

---------------------------------------------------
Something deep inside
tells me to get grip.
That boy ain't worth any of your time
You know that's truth falling form your lips

But in that same place I feel a yearning
A distant feeling oh so strong.
My heart is aching from it all.
Its been hurting for oh too long.

Why is it that good guys finished last?
And that fairy tales are somehow wrong.
That no body really has happy endings
And truth is only found in sad love songs.

This world seems messed up.
Strange how it comes out that way.
Please tell me that I'm wrong
for I have a fear in what I say.
