His response is hesitant Impatience is building within me I would cry but he would see No need for that impairment We are still wrapped as one for now A few more seconds could change that I guess I fell to hard to fast Trembling at thoughts so foul I’m not sure of his ideas or intentions The pieces of my pre-broken heart sinking In still waters they drown, and I quit singing His answer will come soon to break the tension |
