Down to my left stands my shadow.
A symbol in itself,
Of both things I have done,
And failed to do.

It will always look back at me,
Telling me what I did wrong.
Never what I did right.
A constant reminder.

I could've, should've, would've,
It doesn't matter now.
But I will always see my faults,
And never my good qualities.

My shadow will always be there,
I know that for sure.
I also know there will be those who stand with me,
To help me get through it all.
