A leaf Tumbles from the Tree of Life The blood Mixes with the Tears from Mother Nature The sword That cut the leaf Drips blood onto The flower And pools until It falls And drags the Petals with it The petals fall Forever falls Until they turn into Buds of life A butterfly watches As new life forms From death Sadness, like happiness, has its own majestic beauty and must be embraced as a valid emotion, not pushed down as an abnormality. |
