Where are you when I need you?
Where are you when I need someone to cry on?
Where are you when I need someone to understand?
Where were you when my heart shattered?
Where were you when the emptiness returned?
Was it really you who taught me to love?
Was it really you who taught me to cry?
Was it really you who said I could always count on you?
Where were you when I finally fell, cracked open like an egg?
Why did you ever teach me?
What did you see in me?
I am nothing.
I am nobody.
I am dead.

Interesting

Very emotive, but what was the message you were trying to put across.
Of course the reader is engaged because we are able to perhaps think about the questions asked but what are the reasonings behind it.

And the ending, I suppose is superb.. if a little worrying!

My pen is the barrel of a gun. Remind me which side you should be on.
