we look to the distance and decide to start walking in hopes we can soon reach the stars that are shooting in hopes things get better as we move further our beating hearts will slow and nothing will matter now we run, we start running away hoping our speed will outrun our pain behind us, a home, engulfed in flames in our minds it shrinks in the background becoming a lie here is suspension, stuck accelerating so fast we cant see the world thats surrounding we see only emptiness, a fate now inevitable crashing down, we're now lost in a free fall. . were steady now, the world seems to slow we see bright lights in the cities and towns a silence forces thought to our minds 'such a beautiful place to leave all behind' so we've run to a place that looked so much better only to see where we started, from inside a mirror :: lets all pack up and move this year. . we'll slip the liars, and disappear. :: |
