You were the reason; it was your fault. You unshackled my beating vault. You were the boy I claimed as "the one." You were the moon; you were the sun. You were the reason; you were the rhyme. You were the heart I declared as mine. You were my first; you were the most. I was the foolish; the one who lost. A beautiful flicker; love at its purest. I was the shyer; you were the surest. A treasure to have; a gift to hold. The only person I ever told. You were the "were;" my every "because." You were the "meant to be" That never was. Misa: I can't imagine a world without Light! L: Yes, that would be dark. |
