Love of mine, speak softly. These things can't be erased. Every time I kiss those lips, The words leave bitter tastes. Love of mine, watch kindly. Your judgments never fade. I search your eyes for love long lost, And find only hollow space. Love of mine, be gentle. My body's stronger than my heart. I touch your skin to feel you, While inside I fall apart. |
