This is a tribute to those who died in 9-11. Don't know where the idea came from, but I've always been profoundly affected by 9-11 and... I just wanted to write from the point of view of someone who has passed on during such a horrific event. Can you imagine? Dying? During 9-11? *** We were there when the towers fell. We were watching the descent into hell. We were viewing the bloody affair. We were there we were there. We were there, we were caught in the wreckage. We were bleeding, we're spreading the message. We were there, we're the ones who have died. We were fighting, we lost our lives. We were attacked, no real rhyme or reason. We were there when the world fell to pieces. We were dying, it's our story to tell. We were there; we fell when the towers fell. We were there, we were there... Nothing is more painful than realizing he meant everything to you, but you meant nothing to him. (Unknown) |
