is it too much to ask For me to find a place Where I can wear my face? Can I not find a rut where I'll stay stuck? Perfect in its divot -------------------------- Can I claim to walk on shore And feel the green between my toes Or grace the skies with wings No I cannot. for I am a flying fish. --------------------------- When I look into the mirror I see me looking back I recognize the eyes, lips, and skin. But what lurks behind the cold eyes? What words fall from his lips? What has that skin had to weather through? Yes I know the body, but I don't know the boy. ----------------------------- Just thoughts that bounce in my mind. |

I am glad to see I was not the only felt this way when I was much, much younger. It gets better with time, and getting to actually "fit your own skin." Good one Zach.
