I slowly come to terms with facts.
There is no "our" or "we."
There is no "us," no "me and him"
and never will there be.

I slowly nurse the throbbing loss.
It hurts too much to see.
I'm blinded 'cause there is no "us"
and now it's only me.

I slowly stand against the wounds.
I'll face this on my own.
I don't need them; can't show the pain.
I'll bleed and cry alone...
