~To Love a Flower~ Deep, dark irises And luscious lips Are tormenting pollen For bee stinger tips Sweet nectar's a dream For a starving hive Their fates must mix For the love to survive But flowers will be flowers That the blind shall pluck The relationship rains For the bee's out of luck He points his stinger high The tulip, she grins The beekeepers rise up To stop their sins Some bees favor flowers That's the pollen of souls! But all comes to nothing If the righteous patrol |
