Eeek. Experiment. :/ Entice A Pretty Fool She wears a gown of grace Her eyes are strung like jewels Could that crooked smile Simply mask a pretty fool She walks with the faintest skip As if to show her charm Her voice is marked with fallacy As is the conscience on her arm She sings in off-key laughter As if to entice the blind The blind being I -- Tied with a moral bind She is merely a faint echo, just Another shadow on the wall Can’t see past that barrier For I am reluctant to fall Into the chasm of her speech As I fight my every being I need to shut my eyes Before I can start seeing Her wistful sense of righteousness Is no longer what I seek She’s smothered in radiance For which I label her a freak I can’t control these feelings That strain from deep inside Lead weight of uncertainty Presses down upon my mind Her beauty is a sacrifice I will just have to make As I drown in my decision Solitude is a risk I must take She wears her beauty carefully Her every word goes by rule She goes left, I go right Maybe I’m the pretty fool? |

Oh my gosh... Even when you experiment you write something really good.. I'm jealous of your talent. -Zach When I see your smile, and I know it’s not for me, that’s when I’ll miss you. |
