Defense tops dissection invader to zen time. Further reflections- are they yours? or mine? I'm swamped so facile- Abhor both, pedestals n'shrines. Liars love hot pissin' into bone's pale glow. clean-picked as cavern an empty-handed show. Lover's sworn, now wilted frozen, deep-six below. Just feed me sanity? (hungry mind-torn in cry) Let warm aphodic drips- be my 'only' crime? A cut to the collar nicks hand n'heart, a bleed so sanguine my cold quilt in this dark. Tucked in sharp ice (flecking-freezing inside) I shiver blind, a hermetic design. Rhyme me arctic reason, Mr. "oh-silent, as I bleed"... Punished to please you, I'm shook hard on need. Wish sweet, my salty tears ('least savor as you feed.) Continuing "in know" now, Heart truly exists as 'yours' Never intended freeze 'how seen.' The deepest of all darkness is sharpened to a fine edge with pure emotion. The edge to this one has to be one of the purest I've seen. Your words are powerful, love... and sear into the mind that reads them. I was told I "shine in darkness" once... a darkness that was cold, alone, and pitiless. Your shine here is the only other I have ever seen in a long life that once hoped for it, searched endlessly for it, and eventually gave up on it completely. I thank God every day now for the light you shine on me, in this darkness that we share. Michael |
