There's something new about the way he moves his fingers across the blackness anxiety rippling hovering over the deep formless void awaiting terrifying sublimation into... they talked about it on TV and in school about how nobody cares about how you're on your own to lose friends once they get to know you know your fears know your likes understand your dislikes could abandon you for being like that could report you for saying that deprive you of your freedom There's something old about the way I believe everything I read tracing fingers across the white anxiety growing into an adult nothing hovering amid the deep formless void rigid conformity to the unknown shape we're all supposed to know. |
