The days pass faster and life grows shorter and death abounds Filling the graveyards with flesh and bones and secrets we all regret and thus will never be able to forget. so when i expire i want no salty tears i want no secrets kept. before i die i want to see my life flash before mine eyes and see all the tragedies that passed the reasons my tears were spent. and at the golden gates i want to point and say they're the reason i have no regrets. so when i expire remember the bad but remember the good write it down in all your golden hearts and go on with renewed strength as i watch you all from above. |

I found it very neat how you started the poem off quite morbid, but it ended pleasantly hopeful. It always makes writing stand out more when changes like that are made, so good job! |
