hey do you see the tears, that flow and drip and leave a searing trail on my cheeks as down they go? can you hear my frantic screams, that resonate directly from my soul pouring out my inner core? do you smell the iron rust, of the dried blood before you on the ground that fell that fateful day? can you feel my heartbeat still, just like the night you held me tightly and looked up into the sky? do you still feel the taste of pepper gale, upon your lips from that passionate first kiss? or is just a feeble fading memory, as i myself slowly burn in hell? yolilitzli [This message has been edited by ponderthepoetorrsx (09-06-2011 07:05 PM).] |

Such a powerful poem sold so short by that title! This poem is beautiful and raw, it deserves a title that reflects that at least a little bit, don't you think |
