Sly words and broken hearts Slippery sympathy and glistening dark Closed questions and scarred lips Crying alone from the over healed rifts Wily statements and clouded eyes Convinced to sever you twisted ties Cunning whispers and bloody tears Falling apart with grinding of gears Shrewd rumours and torn tongues Coughing up blood with blackened lungs Clever murmurs and gashed veins Finally time to let go of the reins |
