It’s been long years,
Since I last was here,
Butterflies and honeybees roam through the pastures green
And the flowers free, which sway gracefully in the breeze.
The flowers pink, the flowers gold, the flowers white,
Create an illusion of past sight,
Of time past, beneath another summer light,
The passionate first kiss,
The place called a secret paradise,
Where from earth to heaven you did pass,
Sweet word whispered to only silence meet,
Still you name was called in vain,
Tears rolled out in lonely pain.

It’s been long years,
Since last I was here,
Butterflies and honeybees roam through the pastures green
And the flowers free, which sway gracefully in the breeze.
Upon a certain spot
Beneath which resides
Someone’s dear heart.
