Even when it feels like you know right from wrong
there is something inside that prevents you from becoming strong.
Even when you feel you know what to do
there is something inside that haunts and hurts you.
Even when you know that you need to cry
there is something inside that makes you stop and wonder why.
Even when you understand that you fail
there is something inside that makes your soul wail.
Even when you know it is not okay
there is something inside that says that is the only way.
Even when you want it to end
there is something inside that you need to mend.
