you know when you get that feeling that you just can't think of anything the paper is white, staring waiting and you feel empty inside because you can't think of better words than cliche that's been used a thousand times crumpled beside the bed in the trashcan dug out again flattened and expectorated like something new just because of small variations here or there | but the lines are all the same verse | as before, a statement that's worse | than just screaming to get it out | like an ingrown blackness dug under skin| impossible to remove like knowing me you| they while impotent in the face of being| sin| that's an act before you were terse| without concern because ideas are so old+ |
