Dear friends, Kindly let me know your opinion.
This is my first attempt in poetry,

Fire in Love

Wonder what will quench my thirst
As I roam here and there

It must be a miserable birth
That destroys the ones you love
Here and there I roam in vain
In search of true love
For I am fire and I deserve no love

I’ve been cursed
Destroy the very ones I love.
The love that comes close
Is brought down to Ash
I can not hug, I can not kiss
For I am fire and I deserve no love

As I wait for my time to come
I just wish one last time
Let it so be it that next time
I am no fire and I get all love.

A very interesting entrance poem, and although I am not critic, I would say it gets the message across really well. We all learn from our mistakes, and although sometimes we get "burned" we still keep going towards the fire!

That is interesting. I enjoyed it, it seams very truthful, very honest. Keep writing, you're able to get emotions into simple words and it works extremely well.
