I wonder
What I have to do
To get approval
To feel welcomed
New territory and already unsure
Your silence to recognize is lonely
Trying to belong
Is it exclusive?
No one told me
Hey hello I’m here
Infantile
I know
Self pity
Hold me my friend
See
Not good enough
My critic screams
I know it lies
And tries to rob
And does
If only for myself be true
Still I care what you think
Sill I value your thoughts
Still I can’t do this alone
For today
I need you
Damn it
