his eyes are gray. endless, deeper than the ocean, more mysterious than time itself. when he speaks his words flow through my body like waves of love my tears from years past come flooding back, my soul reborn from just one look in my direction he takes my breath and locks it away, he is my DEATH --------------------- THOUGHTS: you see this was meant to be sort of ironic, like you love someone but they don't love you back, so they kill you inside while making everything better, love is a tricky buisness never to be takein lightly but while some avoid it at all costs others search their who lives for it, and others, the lucky ones have love find them, i may be young but i understand a lot, i myself used to steer clear of it after my heart break and will be posting poetry from it, but now i am going on with life sometimes searching sometimes letting it find me, but i don't think i'll find my soulmate any time soon. |

You aren't kidding that trying to love- which requires trust - can be risky. Not loving is ultimately significantly more risky, though. Lack of loving can lead to some very screwed-up behavior and rationalizations, as history in general has proved. It is not a good thing, being screwed up like that, and for more reasons than are commonly supposed... Keep writing and composing, please. You have a budding talent for this. |
