Surrounded by fear that never will leave,
trapped; alone and forgotten.
Left here to die,
nowhere to run,
how much longer will this last?

i think this poem is about on the brink of dying and well your pretty miserable.

but then to answer your question "how much longer will this last?"

it might last forever..that's pretty darn scary and dark.

title suggestion: Nowhere by fear.
