I wake up

Then eat breakfast -

get dressed -

I'm out the door -

Stand outside until my ride is here

Get on & listen to my music

I see many faces while on my way

And I'll tell you it's the same even today

Blacks and whites still won't sit by each other

But now I say it's even worse

Whites and whites don't even sit near each other

Everyone has to be segregated

But why ?

As I go on, I get off and go in

Type in my code and I'm ready to go

I walk in the room and wait for the children

Spend 5 hours having fun with them

I greet and say goodbye to all the parents

Then continue on with my day

I clean the bathroom a great routine

The see things that I've never seen

Blacks and whites in a mix together

Running constantly to keep up with life

Say hello and goodbye

Have a nice day

And of course I mean what I say

To work out once more before I go

Then once a week go home and watch my show

My life is the same thing everyday

However something different happens everyday

So don't think that life is completely boring

You never know how you're day is going to go

So just take it one day at a time and see how it goes

To laugh and cry do the same things all over again

I think it's worth it than losing a friend

So good night to you I will say

Looking forward to tomorrow another day
