God help me I refuse to acknowledge and I can't let go the shame and the guilt wrapped up in pride the pain the anger and the rage oh, the rage it kills me inside I keep it bottled up so no one really knows that I'm slowly dying and I can't fight the tears the tears that won't fall my heart has been shattered and my soul is so cold So, pray for me as I pray for Gods help I'm my own worst enemy but only I can save myself I Thought of You Today, |

I've been there and know the pain. There are still days some 40 years later that I miss him and wished I hadn't had to let him go. Beautiful use of words. Juanita In God we trust and one nation under God |

I read it fast, like tearing off a band-aid. Incredibly poignant. |

What can I say that others have not already said - very emotive! Beautifully and intensly sad. My thoughts are with you and my wishes for happier days for you are sent. Pixie |
