After this shot, my brain will be a little bit wilted After this drink, my vision will be little more tilted My liver is bruised, from all the liquor i've abused Shouldn't take life forgranted, I'm merely amused Made a vow to myself, i would not get drunk today But it seems nothing can make this thirst go away Ghostly face looking back at me in the mirror My girl is yellin at me, but i don't wanna hear her Family said listen here, we're gonna tell you clear Drinking like this will kill in five to ten years All the warnings from family i did not heed About how alcoholism runs within my veins The pain can't be seen, it doesn't make you bleed The addiction is tough to break, like locks and chains I try to picture me in a casket, lifeless Listen to the pastor explain life and death Nobody with even a single tear to suppress Nobody asking if there was pain in my last breath I'm feeling Underapreciated and overcome Trying so hard to hide my bottles, i'm losing myself Drinkin for a purpose, drinking til i'm numb Bottom of another bottle, i toss it on the shelf I know i'm strong, but i'm weak against addiction Was an easy prediction, Alcoholism forever my affliction Thoughts in my notebook, let me see the rage that i shook Take a look, You see my life was stolen, but i'm the crook This letter to my fam, you all, i'll be missin' I know you tried to tell me, i just didn't listen Good and evil are constantly rippin' at my heart I just need some help, or somehow to restart Phone rings but i'm not answering, I don't wanna talk Gotta stay clean and sober, let the jack daniels walk |

Keep trying. I wouldn't know how hard it is, but I know both my parents quit smoking before I was born. I'm glad for it too. You can get better, just keep busy with good activities. Rileigh |
