Lycanthropy: Under the moonlight Is the time she flourishes the most. The time her bloodlust Is the best, the strongest. But you can't handle my silver love, As a vampire can't handle my ultraviolet sight. If only I could keep you awake, Exhasuted from the days work or Exhausted from chasing me. If only, if only. Your a lie not so dark, but a dark meaning) Open up your eyes, It's time to stop pretending your blind. Reality is left, so win this fight and don't turn right. Lets take a walk in the park. Lets pass the trees in my heart. See Lucy flying high? See the diamonds in the sky? Watch her wave goodbye Because its all a lie. Oh, its all a lie. And last but not least, Stars: Look at the stars The disappointed face they give us. Ignore them, and drink Until your depressive thirst is quenched, or further infuriated. And eventually, the poetry will come to you. You will rhyme love with hate, Kill with fate, you will slur your words. And this will carry on for days on end. And when you finish, which is unlikely, you notice the stars you once reached have moved up, on, and they are gone. And that is your rhythm, your metronome. Because you sleep dreamless nights. |

i must be a little dense, but I can't quite connect which are the "best pieces" here. But I welcome a further illumination..Anyway, I like this part: And when you finish, which is unlikely, you notice the stars you once reached have moved up, on, and they are gone. And that is your rhythm, your metronome. Because you sleep dreamless nights. Although I'm not sure what or which is finished here. |
