Tongues Hollow wells explore the pink of sweet landscapes Turn and curl behind a smile Mesmerizing sounds that glisten, guiding voices on to listen Taste the gypsy wind in autumn rye Each pearl, bathed dry as thought exceeded Wet the lips preemptive heeded Moistened soft and left behind Or steal the breath left panting in the cool of night Let to taste the shyness of the rain Messenger and ventriloquist Placing thoughts in moonlight rivulet Allowed to make trails and whisper tales Of all that simmers deep inside the soul Tenderly, conveyer of wishes Citrus, tart and flirt of nectar clear Slip, the lie into dark caves Or bring the heart into full view Lest to wrestle the barter made blindly Far best of all, paused in symphony Flickering to sample loves bouquet From silent silken seams just parted Copyright Kkh 8/25/08 |

The whole is beautiful in it's content but the below line is one to be remembered and treasured. ------------------------------------------- Taste the gypsy wind in autumn rye ------------------------------------------- Very nicely done |
