. The moon rising In our minds over snow Capped mountains glows Softly on plum blossoms We sit together On the balcony Watching time go by As we sip rice wine How good it is Finally to be with you Understanding each other As we do It’s the company We’re compelled To keep my love That makes us small . |

a fine 'write'! I am particularly fond of the beginning and ending: "The moon rising In our minds over snow Capped mountains glows Softly on plum blossoms" AND: "It’s the company We’re compelled To keep my love That makes us small(!)" [for me, that ending 'sums up' the typical corporate 'mediocratic' (workplace) environments of the "Runaway American Dream" especially effectively.] sustained applause for this 'penning'! |
