Bones Last Moment--On Earth

Bones forehead is crossed
with a gentle, oily finger.

Bones feels warm,
and he’s secure that
he’ll never be cold,
or uncomfortable again.

Bones feels light,
he seems to just
float away.

Bones is content
for the first time
of his life.

Bones has reason
to be happy.

i lost a good friend last year and my best friend cortez told me "God only chooses the best to be his angels" i believe my friend is in Gods grace. i enjoyed your piece, as always it touched my heart.
