Dining Simply My taste finds its harbor within the sea All of great favor each flavor given me Every salty word exacerbates the sweet in brine Quite a dish, worth looking forward to, be mine Sampling from the plate at midpoint where we meet To enjoy each tender morsel, savoring of every treat To express my happiness, in every word let fall Rushing to the shores in frolic, memories of bright recall Watching you a dividend, the sated end of each good meal In dainty dab, politely wiped, mouthwatering appeal And over time, the best to dine, delightful company Now given this, much more than bliss as given unto me My heart is full, and all as well, to dine upon this wish Of ambient sea this dinner be; not beast, nor foul nor fish Copyright Kkh 7/25/08 |

smiling here, I agree, it's best to keep things simple. A little fingerfood, and I'm good to go! (er...apparently? ) *wink* But you do set a much more elegant table, lovie! |
