There’s more to Bones
than just his body,
very much more.

Like every other
living person,
Bones is complete
in the sight of God.

So why does Bones
feel so very much alone
on this earth.

Who is he going to talk to?

Bobby

Thanks dear Kacy,

Bones can do that.  Through it all, Bones has a lot of self love.  It's what keeps him going.

Thanks for mentioning that.

Well, sometimes you just gotta find someone who feels worse off than you do and make them smile.  You wrap me up in your poetic tales, Bobby.

Thanks dear Alison,

Bones always did try to do that with people.  He was good that way, with a very kind heart.

Very effective verse, Bones is so real, so is the pain. Not too sure why, but your poems often remind me of Baldwin's novel Go Tell It On the Mountain - one of my favourites, take it as a very positive comment Mark

He is going to have to talk to God and draw close to him to discuss his lonliness.

I think Bones might be lonely but he's not afraid!

Thanks Yann,

As you may remember Bones is a child prostitute.  He's really outside quite a bit.  None of his so called friends want to talk to him.

Also, remember he has his Griselda to talk to.

Thanks Eric,

Bones talks to God all the time.  He's a deeply religious Roman Catholic boy.

You are correct, Bones is not afraid of anything on this earth, or in heaven.

I think it's a feeling to which everyone can relate. There are those moments when we feel alone even if surrounded by people. But as you say so beautifully, we are complete in God's eyes and in a way we are all ONE. But often we realize that we are just a fragment of the whole and then starts the yearning for the Whole.

A warm hug for lonely Bones.

Love,
Margherita

Considering all that Bones has been through it is normal that he would feel isolated at times.  But he is a fighter.
