Normally, when I find a font difficult to read, I can highlight it, but unfortuntely, although beautifully presented, I too found it difficult to read. (And I found my glasses--on my head.)

But it was well worth the effort--the second stanza was especially compelling.

Beautifully serene.

Dear Bill, this is simply enchanting, one of my favorite of yours!

And the presentation as always is a treat too. Font ok now!

Perfect!

Love,
Margherita

Bill

Very nicely done.  I have read it three times and I can imagine the beauty with the sun beating down and the cool breeze.  I can even hear the birds singing their melody.

nakdthoughts - I love looking at the graphic, as it seems very relaxing. Thanks for the reply...

Margherita - I'm glad you like this one, still learning on the presentations, but getting there...

Midnightsun - thank you for coming by...

vandana - happy you like the write...

Sue - thank you for the kind words, I try...

LindsayP - thank you my friend for stopping by for a read...

Sharon Rose - My dear one, thank you for expressing your thoughts about my writings...

steavenr - thank you for stopping by for another read. I had a little trouble posting this one but it seems now to be readable. Glad you liked this one...

Ariana - haven't seen you here in a long time. Your kind words are telling me that this write did what it was meant to do, and that is to take the reader into the poem. Thanks again...

If one could find a place like this and carry it with you for eternity, nice verse.
