Reflections I'm on my own, though not alone in thoughts that stay my day. You are there, with every care, a voice in world of gray. Memories that bridge the past exist to fill each night. Yet here I am in " false pretense", a shadow in plain sight. No getaway to share the fears, where findings once were true. Yes here I am, though not alone in thoughts, arm's length from you. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

powerfully emotive 'write'! I'd like to think that 'poets' provide those 'voices' in world of gray. [but, then again, romantic idealism has no place where raw commerce/commercialism rule the day and ultimately, only profit is worshiped.] applause for this 'penning'! |

"in thoughts, arm's length from you" in thoughts I bring them so close that it hurts... I hope all is well with you. "too bad ignorance isn't painful" |

such a closeness, yet such a viceral aloofness comes through in this...fine writing that not only touches, but speaks to the heart |

Dear M, we are never really on our own, we reflect on our life and on our loves, often more happy with the memory than the truth. We often just remember the good times though bad might have been, I hope you also see a few of us smiling and happy when you see the reflection. Thanks for sharing your thoughts today my friend.
