A heavy melancholy mist hangs over loon lake. Hidden from prying eyes by a dense shelter of mourning reeds, a lone loon wails the loss of his love. |

This conjures the images and sounds of such a haunting refrain...I love the musical ache of the loons, but this seeps of lonely. You wrote a marvelous piece...enjoyed! kat |
