wind-swirled snow flakes fly furiously through screaming trees windows rattle threateningly while frigid air seeps through old block wall cracks and crevices ~winter~ we anxiously awaited your arrival even as we tucked dreams of spring in the recesses of our minds a frosted moonbeam lies upon the frozen ground daring me to step within and dance |

Mish, for now, I'll have to settle for dancing 'in my mind' Bobby, winter winds seem to find every crack in old buildings. |

Oh, I love this winter dance, dear Kacy! To be able to dance in the mind is a most precious gift. And dance you do also with words, they emanate beautiful vibrations. Love and hugs. Margherita |

You tell a wintry tale here dear Kacy, much enjoyed as I don't mind winter one little bit, summer gets too hot here. Love to you dear Lady. Lindsay |

"a frosted moonbeam lies upon the frozen ground daring me to step within and dance" The chills this gives me are not from the cold. They're from witnessing the extraordinary creativity in this passage, my dear. Will I ever look at a moombeam the same way again? |

Kacy, this is sooooo beautiful - like Steaven and ArtSolstice - those last 3 lines stole my heart! Dance in your mind, Kacy, to your heart's content - which will help your body's content and your healing. - Owl [This message has been edited by OwlSA (12-08-2008 12:02 PM).] |
